Serenade by the Sea is nestled in Sunnyside Beach. Sunnyside is a hidden gem that has a more residential feel than the rest of the Emerald Coast. It is hidden away from the bumper to bumper traffic along 30a, Destin, and PCB. On Sunnyside Beach, there are no McMansions allowed right on the beachfront, meaning that you have access to an entire "Old Florida" beach that still has footpaths through the native dune vegetation and sea oats.

This home is only a few years old and is designed as a residence, not just a rental. The lovely home is only one house away from Front Beach Road and features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Serenade by the Sea comfortably accommodates 12 guests, making it the ideal family getaway. The house has everything you expect in a luxury property including a big pool with a wading area, grill, elevator, outdoor shower, covered lanai, 8 Smart TVs (bring your Disney+ and Netflix accounts), WiFi 6 network, and a commanding view from the balconies. Our house is right between 30a and Pier Park, making it a quick drive to shopping centers in either direction. It's only a mile away from Thomas' Donut Shop, a favorite local eatery!

Ease of access is unbeatable: only a 20 minute drive from the airport (ECP: Emerald Coast Beaches International Airport) without toll roads.

- Kids' Nook: 2 twin beds built into the space under the stairs, each bed has a TV.
